Newly renovated and new to the rental market. The space Be the first to enjoy our beautiful place. It’s newly renovated with brand new mattresses and gorgeous linen that promises a great nights sleep. Our new kitchen has almost everything we could think of but no dishwasher, sorry. Guest access Convenient ground floor apartment with front and rear doors with an allocated car spot right near the back door for easy and quick access. There’s also a small outside, under cover area just outside the kitchen. Other things to note Our place is right near the beautiful Maribyrnong river and it’s great walking paths. If you don’t feel like driving, it only takes a few minutes walk to the 57 tram which only takes 10 minutes to the Melbourne Show Grounds and Flemington Racecourse and 25 minutes to our beautiful Melbourne city. Oh and if it’s shopping you love, you’re only 1 km away from Highpoint Shopping centre.

The walk around the river is quite the wonderful experience. Lined with trees and manicured gardens, take a walk and try the Boathouse for their delicious coffee.
