Modern, sunlit, beachside luxury retreat. Only 1.6km from Rosebud beach and park! This newly renovated four bedroom home offers duel alfresco entertainment areas, in both the front and rear yards. Undercover rear alfresco featuring brand new luxury spa, BBQ, dinning lounge and fire pit, all set against the backdrop of manicured gardens. Stunning open plan living and dinning, including large screen TV with Foxtel, heating and cooling and full kitchen with quality appliances throughout.
My little family and I are delighted to share our beautiful coastal home with you. We've had many wonderful memories here and welcome you to do the same. We are available any time by phone or email and are happy to assist during, and in the lead up to your stay. In case of emergencies, we have an emergency contact in Rosebud.
The Rose Among the Buds is located on a quiet street, just off the Point Nepean Road. The property is centrally located, and a short walk to the following: ~ 300m to Rosebud RSL ~ 1.1km to Rosebud Central Woolworths, Cafes and specialty stores ~ 1.6km to Rosebud Beach and Park There is so much to experience in the Mornington Peninsula. The property is only a short drive to the following: ~ 6mins to Arthurs Seat Eagle ~ 8mins to Dromana Drive-In Cinema ~ 10mins to Rye Pier and Beach ~ 11mins to Peninsula Hot Springs ~ 15mins to Red Hill and Dromana Wineries To make the most of your stay in the Mornington Peninsula, it is best to have access to a car.
