It’s surrounded by restaurants and cafes and footsteps to the tram and beachfront markets. Cool off in the residents’ swimming pool or unwind on the day beds among manicured grounds. The pool is heated in the winter, available year-round. Inside, the apartment offers open plan living and dining, extending to a covered balcony with stunning views across the ocean. Dine alfresco enjoying Queensland’s balmy weather. The kitchen comes equipped for meals at home with a stove, oven and microwave. There’s a large dining table and recliner sofas with a TV catering to your entertainment needs and a dedicated study area for those needing to catch up on business. Rest easy in two comfortable bedrooms. The master comes with a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe and enjoys direct balcony access with vistas straight from the pillow. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. Both bathrooms are immaculately presented and benefit from a rain shower, toilet and vanity. Undercover secure parking is available for one car and the apartment has direct lift access. Please note that the property does not have air conditioning.

The glitzy seaside playground of Surfers Paradise continues to be a major drawcard for both locals and tourists alike. It offers endless entertainment options day and night with beachfront shopping, dining, bars and clubs. Go swimming or take a surf lesson at Surfers Paradise beach, hit the many attractions on Cavill Mall (such as Infinity and iFly) and visit the beautiful oasis of Gold Coast Botanic Gardens. The Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 4pm-9pm) showcases artisan goods, fresh local produce and handmade wares.
