Staff attitude was poor. Facilities were sub standard for price. Very thin walled rooms. Dark back alley parking. It is basically a mining camp inside town limits..not a motel..

A very young staff in the restaurant, who were doing their very best, but there was a need for someone more experienced to guide them. With some support they could be amazing!! Only one cash till in the restaurant, which is situated close to the phone and coffee machine. It was a very busy area with people queuing to order and pay, the staff couldn't hear when talking on the phone to take room service orders.

A vent but no exhaust in the bathroom. Water leaked from shower out into the bathroom floor. A continental breakfast is on offer during the week but not on the weekend. Whilst had heavy curtains they don’t fully cover the windows so woken by bright sunshine. Would recommend a west facing room instead.

Situated on the main road so very noisy. You could hear conversations from the next room. TV remote didn’t work neither did the air conditioner. Reception closed early so couldn’t get these attended to
