Sleek tiled flooring and white granite benchtops decorate a light-filled space that is contemporary and breezy. A large living room features a plush, L-shaped leather couch and a wide, flat-screen TV and faces sliding glass doors that lead out onto an ultra-spacious protected balcony. Furnished with lounge chairs and offering expansive views of the Waterfront Precinct, the breezy balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon wine. Behind the living area, you’ll find a glass dining table that can fit six guests sitting alongside a large kitchen with water views and loads of bench space. Whip up a storm using modern appliances including a gas stove, oven, double-door fridge, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils. The master bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed in a chic timber bed frame, a ceiling fan, stunning water views out of the large window and access to a private ensuite bathroom with double vanity, huge shower and a toilet. A second bedroom sleeps two in separate king single beds and also offers a ceiling fan; while the main bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a toilet and a contemporary vanity with mirrored cabinets.

Where better to stay than the trendy and beautiful Waterfront Precinct; where cooler days can have you exploring the nearby galleries, bars and eateries, and warmer days can have you soaking up the rays on the man-made beach right on your doorstep. Head to nearby Oyster Bar for waterfront dining at its best. Whether you prefer natural or the heartier Kilpatrick oyster; you won’t be able to pull your eyes away from the sweeping views - especially at sunset. If you’d like a different sunset experience, we recommend catching a flick at the outdoor (and waterfront) Deckchair Cinema. Convenience places you just steps from the Darwin Convention Centre and a stone’s throw from the CBD where exploring by foot will have you reaching Parliament House, Government House, Browns Mart and more.
