"Treetops" is a private, Queenslander (elevated home), private and peaceful, away from the backpackers and tourists, yet only minutes from the beach and all other local attractions. The original 2 room listing, is Agnes Waters first Airbnb stay ("Bedroom to Beach 5 minutes") and has attracted over 200 positive reviews in five years. "Treetops" offers up to 6 guests the same fabulous location with the benefit of having the entire elevated house to your self. (Sub floor areas not included).
Mature, (as opposed to gone off!) guy who loves to travel. Originally from the UK, I have called Australia home since 1971 and built my home at Agnes Water home in 2005. I'm responsible, intelligent and trustworthy. I love to keep fit by surfing, paddling and walking. Music is a passion and I play guitar and sing.I am told I make great company :) I am a professional photographer and you can check out my work by googling "1770 photography". If you choose to come and stay with us at our Agnes Water home, we look forward to showing you some real Queensland hospitality! Perhaps we'll meet soon! There is also unlimited high speed internet and wifi available 24/7 at no additional charge.
Known for it's perfect climate, surfing and fishing, Agnes Water and the Town of 1770 have been Queensland's best kept holiday destination secret for decades. Boasting a perfect, year round comfortable sub tropical climate, we have both flat water and surf beaches that enjoy warm water without marine stingers and without the crowds you'll find at resorts to the south. The area is well serviced by a few bars and several restaurants and a vibrant shopping centre with everything you'll need for your stay. The walks and many beaches are spectacular and sunny days are the norm here, with over 300 year! There is a shuttle bus available to get you around, although having your own transport is recommended.
