Situated in Tootgarook in the Mornington Peninsula this house is within about a 10 minute walk to the front beach. It boasts a large front patio, 2 bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and meal area. There is a patio in the back yard as well. The back yard is approximately 500sqm which is perfect for entertaining. It is on a corner block with ample parking for several cars on the side. A very nice and well maintained garden. Polished floor boards throughout house and natural slate tiles in kitchen. For romantic winters nights there is a wood fired fireplace in the living room, and for the warmer months a connected gas powered bbq in the back yard patio.
I have been in the hospitality and service industry for many years. I have a firm belief in exceptional service and expectation. I pride myself in maintaining the house both internally and externally for my guests to enjoy. I have spent much time in the upkeep of the house and garden to create a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Within a 5-10 minute drive you can reach the Peninsula Hot Springs and several renowned Mornington wineries. Within close proximity as well are golf courses, numerous tourist attractions (Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm, Main Ridge Dairy, Arthur's Seat chair lift and lookout, Eagle Ridge Golf Course and several boutique shops selling the freshest of local fruits and food) A short 15 minute drive and you reach Red Hill. Here you will find Red Hill Cherry Farm along with several fine food and wine establishments. Heading into Rosebud (about 7min by car) you will find Rosebud Shopping Centre which has grocery and several shops. Within about 700 meters is the beach, and the main road which has restaurants, shops, shopping and a Shell petrol station (walking distance) from the house on the corner of Point Nepean Hwy and Truemans Road. A 2 minute walk from the house and you will find a park and reserve, ideal for children or a nice walk. Continuing along Truemans road for approx a 10min drive you can experience a beautiful horse ride along the waters edge at the Gunnamatta horse riding school.
