This cool, high view apartment is footsteps from Richmond Park boasting an unbeatable location for those looking to soak up Melbourne's world-famous dining and shopping scene. Easily come and go for a walk or take advantage of the building's wellness amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym. Perfectly designed for contemporary living, it offers timber-flooring and Scandinavian-modern interiors equipped with split-type heating and cooling. The light-filled living area is open-plan and flows out to a vibrant balcony with tree-top views and alfresco seating. Alongside a dining table for four, the kitchen is well-equipped so you don't have to eat out more than you'd like; with stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Two bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds, while the master features balcony access and a full ensuite with a shower and bathtub combination. The second bathroom is as pristine and offers a generous walk-in shower and vanity along with complimentary toiletries.
