1880s Sandstone Cottage Set In A Peaceful And Private Environment An original sandstone home, with iron roof, high ceilings and timber floors which has been recently renovated bringing modern conveniences to this home full of character. The naturally lit modern kitchen and dining areas overlook the established gardens. Relax in the comfortable living areas with central heating, WiFi and smart TV. The 3 spacious bedrooms are tastefully decorated, underfloor heating in both bathrooms, main bathroom with bath tub. All amenities are provided including laundry to enjoy a weekend away or a week. Enjoy the sunsets from the front verandah. Centrally located cottage within walking distance to Mittagong shops, restaurants and cafes or beautiful short stroll to Lake Alexandra Reserve where you can enjoy an 800m walk or bike ride around the lake.
