Everything you need to relax or have fun is located at Yarrabin Retreat. There is a commercial size kitchen, large dining area, loungeroom with open fire place and slow combustion heating. A games room containing a pool table, table tennis table, foosball and air hockey. Access to TV's and videos. Book Library. Ample verandah space to sit and relax. A pool and mineral Spa, Lawn chess, full size tennis court, BBQ, fire pit. You can warm up by the fires in Winter or chill out in the pool in summer. Ample wild life throughout the property. Lots of beautiful parrots come to visit early morning and afternoons. There are board games, toys and supplies to fill in your days.

I am new to the BnB scene and I chose this property because the vastness of space and the incredible infrastructure. We are slowly improving the property.

The property has no close neighbours so noise is not an issue. It's very peaceful and is not on a main thoroughfare. It is 6km from the historical O'Connell Pub which has a great atmosphere and menu. It is 20 minutes to the amazing Mayfield Gardens which draws people from all over Australia. 20 minutes away is Ben Chifley Dam, 30 minutes to Oberon Dam or 50 minutes to Lake Lyall. 25 minutes to Oberon, 20 minutes to Bathurst. Many lakes and streams around to fish or go fossicking. Pine forests to hunt for mushrooms or truffles.
