The room was clean and it smelled very nice. The staff was super kind and always available. Ski to door, the slopes are right in front of you. The food was extraordinary, fresh, warm and delicious! This was my third stay at this hotel and I am always booking it when I'm going to Bjelasnica.

great location, beautiful balcony view, additional floor heating and room heater. comfortable bed, large room. thank you very much for letting us in room 2 hours before official check in hour. special thanks to wonderful lady in spa center. it was pleasure spending time in spa, sauna, jacuzzi and in hotel as well.

Centraly position hotel by the ski resort. Comfortable place. Hotel with spacious room and bathroom. Nice restaurants nearby with walking distance. All in all very happy with the place and would return again.

Hotel Han is a comfortable choice in Babin Do, which in the summer isn't a great place to be (more of a constructing site). Hotel personell was friendly, but in the restaurant, it depended on who was on duty :). Rooms are very large and well equiped. Great choice for winter, I guess.

We are always blown away by the high standard of this hotel - beautiful rooms, a view of the snowy mountain that is unparalleled, and a generous and tasty breakfast that could have fed 10 people. Warm, friendly staff. I have to ask myself how they make money given the price of the room!! Thank you hotel Han - we're already looking forward to our next stay.

All the staff was very nice with us but also with children. All we were asking for was directly done and always with a very kind approach. The hotel is modern and located at the perfect place. They can easily organise the transfer to Sarajevo (for a day visit). Ski pistes are in front of the hotel and you can rent all the necessary equipment 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

But the people and complete staff make this hotel special :-)) All together are very kind and nice and try to do the best for the guest... from general manager or reception to cooking or cleaning staff... all are great!
