Everything is made so you can fully enjoy your stay at Smartflats! We do not have reception on-site, instead we have a digital reception & concierge available 24/7 by email, app and phone. You will self check-in thanks to the access codes you will receive, prior your arrival, which gives you total flexibility and intimacy. Our flats are spacious and stylishly decorated for the same price as a hotel room. There are fully equipped so you can enjoy a short or longer stay!

Neighborhood info

It’s hard to imagine this neighbourhood before the arrival of the EU institutions and the resulting influx of expats from all over Europe. The former planted massive, modern office blocks and the latter left an indelible stamp on the residential zones around them. Here you’ll find Irish pubs, Italian pizzerias and boutiques specializing in products from around the world. The perennially popular “Place Lux” (Place du Luxembourg, facing the Gare du Luxembourg and the EU Parliament) is happy hour heaven, with hundreds of thirsty bureaucrats and journalists descending daily from nearby offices.
