The apartment is quiet and romantic with plenty of natural light. Our doors have SMART LOCKS which unlock with personalized codes so you will able to check in and check out on your own 24/7. The apartment is ideal for 2, but it can easily sleep 4 (with an extra charge) thanks to the comfy sofa bed in the living room. We provide high-end amenities, quality linen, fresh towels, toilet paper, and shampoo to all guests. Air-conditioning is available in both the bedroom and living room. The place is PROFESSIONALLY cleaned after each stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and a dishwasher, as well a toaster and a water kettle. You will also find all the needed cooking utensils and cutlery should you decide to have/prepare your dinner there. You can enjoy TV channels in English, French, Russian, and Bulgarian, as well as a fast and unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection. The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is NO LIFT, so you will have to climb the stairs. A little exercise is always a good thing but please be mindful of this fact before booking.
The apartment is meant for independent travelers who are looking for an AUTHENTIC experience and prefer to see the city from a local’s perspective. This is not a hotel, there is no reception, and there is no staff on location. You will be staying in a residential building, and we kindly ask you to avoid disturbing our neighbors with loud noises or personal requests. You can send me a message directly if you need anything or in case of emergencies. IMPORTANT!!! NO EXTRA OCCUPANTS allowed other than what's shown on the reservation! -House-trained PETS ARE WELCOME but count as an extra person when booking.
As for the flat's location, we are PERFECTLY located in the heart of Sofia's colorful, multicultural historical center. Sofia’s main sights and administrative buildings are all easily reachable, so our place is an excellent base for your visit regardless of whether you are here for work or leisure. You can stock up with fresh food and supplies at the nearby Central Market Hall, or you can grab fresh produce, street food (and even souvenirs!) from the open-air Lady's market (Zhenski Pazar) which is just around the corner. There are a few 24/7 convenience stores within a couple of blocks, and for more serious grocery shopping we have a Billa (200m) and a LIDL (350m) close-by and open until late. **** The pedestrian Boulevard Vitosha with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants is only 800m away (9 min). ****Sofia Airport and the bus and railway stations are easily reachable from the close-by Serdika metro station (280m). ****Paradise Center - one of the largest shopping malls in Sofia - is also only a metro ride away (4 stops). ****Arena Armeets (Sofia's main sports and concert venue) is directly reachable with Tram No20 in 30min from the closest tram stop (160m).
