    “Very nice and spacious flat, confortable doble bed. It was clean and warm. The location is very calm in a beautiful pine forest not far away from the slopes. The host was very helpful and polite.”

Very calm and quite place, situated 1.8 km from the center of the complex in apart hotel. The flat is 70 m2 with one big bedroom. There is a ski shuttle available during the winter season along with 2 indoor swimming pools and full spa facilities - available for extra payment. The flat can be used during the whole year. There are also 2 restaurants and a bar in the complex . We can also offer you a transfer from Sofia airport to Borovets and back. Price for one direction is 100 eur. Internal rules: We would like to clarify few things related to our property. We just want to be sure that everything is clear in advance and you won't be dissapointed or avoid some inconvenience or misunderstanding, when you come! 1. This property is a private apartmanet (guest house), situated in the building of Euphoria hotel. 2. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included in the price that you pay, but the restaurant is working and you can use it for an extra payment. 3. Swimming pool, spa center and bus shuttle are also not included in the price, but they are available for an extra payment and you can use them. 4. The apartment is cleaned only once - before you arrive and we expect from the guests to take care about the cleaning and the hygiene in the property till their stay there on their own and leave the place in a good condition. 5.
