Our main task is to make every guest visit us again! We reinvest part of the funds earned through overnight stays in our properties so that we can upgrade the conditions and comfort for our guests! For us, the most important thing is good communication and a good impression. From welcoming our guests to their departure from the property, we remain available to assist with any need. Our properties are close to the beautiful beaches of the Black Sea, the city of Varna "the sea capital of Bulgaria", as well as small beautiful resorts that you should definitely visit!
The property is located in the best residential area in Varna. The location is extremely strategic. The property is located in close proximity to the main boulevard in the city which connects the nearest resorts such as St. St. Constanti and Elena, Eksinovgrad, Kabakum and golden sands, also the center of main attractions as well as the malls in the city. The location is one of our greatest advantages, as it combines within itself the harmony of the four natural elements, namely extensive green areas, clean sea air, undisguised rays of the sun throughout the day and an impressive panoramic view of the Varna Bay. The complex is distinguished by its beautiful, modern architecture, which is inspired by the Mediterranean. It is built on a plot with a very slight unevenness, which allows the disclosure of an excellent sea panorama.
