Great location close to the city centre and beach, 8th floor placement with a well sized balcony and great view. Modern building and everything in the apartment looks new. Very well equipped with all utilities - feels like you are home. Very convenient when staying for more than a few days. No one bothers you for room cleanups etc... Parking garage - we just left our car and forgot about it for a whole week. The host was very kind and contacted us in advance to check if we need to use the parking or if we need any other utilities. Host lives just across the floor so he can assist with any problems, but he never bothered us for anything during our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. The location was great, right next to the cathedral and within walking distance from the center and the park. Yet, it was quiet at night. No noise from the neighbors either. The communication with the host was smooth and quick. The discounted price offered great value for money.

Vista Suites as very aptly named with a stunning south facing view from within and outside on a large balcony towards the adjacent cathedral and the Black Sea in the distance. The apartment is exactly as the pictures depict - modern, spacious, well equipped and clean. The owner was readily on hand to give recommendations and assist on one occasion for a minor problem.

The apartment was clean, well furnished with green in mind for a fresh look and it was reachable through both the main entrance and the underground parking. The view from the terrace was quite nice, if one enjoys a sea view from a big city center. We were at an excellent location: there were shops/groceries nearby, which is always in handy and the Sea Garden park, the main pedestrian street and the beach were all within a-walk-away reach. I do recommend.
