The apartment is located central on one of the oldest streets in Sofia-Pirotska. Spacious, very cozy, with warm atmosphere on the first floor of the building. The flat is 70 sq feet, there are 2 rooms - a living room and a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom! There is a nice balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee and a cigarette, if you are a smoker as smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Metro station (Opulchenska), Mall of Sofia, Billa, Lidl store are located in 5 minutes from the apartment! You will be in 5-10 minutes from top center. The National Palace of Culture is 10-15 minutes away, as well! Right next to the apartment you can find many cafes, restaurants and shops. A nice park where St.Nikolay Sofiyski Church is postitioned is also nearby our place.

The area is quite, though 10 minutes away from the top center, which makes it a great place to be in, if you are visiting our city.
