This is a marvellous place. It’s run by the nicest of families who made us very welcome and we couldn’t possibly fault it. The breakfasts were great and we had dinner at the restaurant both nights and were very happy with that too.

This family hotel is great. The hosts are nice, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. We had the perk of having a balcony, which my wife enjoyed very much. There are no mosquito screens but there is an AC unit and you will keep cool in the summer even without opening the windows. The bathroom is also very nice and it even had a shower cabin, which is rare in Bulgaria. The hotel is located on the edge of town in a very nice district close to the Thracian Tomb. It is very quiet during at night and walking distance to downtown. The breakfast in the morning was nice, although it did take some time before we got served. It is not buffet style, but you have the choice between 5-6 different breakfasts. I would stay there again, if I am in town.

I have never experienced such a level of personal attention and proactive attitude! The owner himself prepared my breakfast every morning and added his personal touch for my birthday (he had noticed from my id). I even made friends with the owners cat, who visited me on the balcony. The swallows woke me up on my birthday which was so special!!

The room was amazing - very well furnished. The bed mattress was really comfortable - something I rarely find even at luxury hotels in Bulgaria. The restaurant is right next door and they have a rich menu offering with good food quality and prices on the modest end.

The size and comfort of my room exceeded my expectations. Cozy restaurant facilities just next door, good breakfast, nice breakfast staff including a waitress fluent in Spanish, The location has various advantages, for example : conveniently close to the town center and attractions like the Rose Museum but the environment is less busy, parking seems to be easy (I had no car myself), and it's only a short walk to an excellent Italian bakery with excellent coffee near the Rose Garden...
