Our apartment is 100 sq.m. and sleeps up to 7 people. It's perfectly suitable for both leisure- and business travelers. Located on the 4th floor /elevator/ of a quiet residential building, 2min. away from The National Palace of Culture. We use a code to enter the building and there is a smart lock for the apartment. YOU CAN SELF CHECK-IN at any time after 2PM. We even let you check-in earlier if there aren't any previous guests. Just ask. Our flat consist of a combined kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a shower + toilet and two lovely balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The living room is air-conditioned, there's a comfy three-seat sofa-bed 140/200cm, 6 seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, build in oven + all the utensils needed for cooking. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed 150/200cm. In our second bedroom we can prepare 3 single beds or a double and a single bed. For the business traveler we provide 24h SELF CHECK-IN, Fast Speed Internet Connection and a TV with over 100 satellite channels.

Our flat is located on the quiet Udovo Street 3, one block away from Vitosha Boulevard and 2min walk to the National Palace of Culture. The National Palace of Culture in Sofia /NDK/ is the biggest Congress Center on the Balkans, ideal both for congress and cultural events. In 2018 NDK was overhauled to host The Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. This enormous modern landmark was opened in 1981 in celebration of the 1300th anniversary of the Bulgarian state. It's a hexagon shape and a mass of concrete & glass. The main function of the building is a concert hall. It also hosts exhibitions and trade fairs. In front of the building is an underground arcade of shops and cafes. Located in the center of the city the area around the building is the place where you can feel the real atmosphere of Sofia partly because from there you can see a marvelous view of one of the symbols of Sofia - the Mount Vitosha and partly because this is the place where you can see different kind of people - kids with their skateboards, mothers sitting on the benches next to the fountains with their babies, young people in the cafes nearby, lovers gazing at each other in the garden
