It is perfect for a romantic getaway, business travels, solo travellers, people that prefer to work from a quiet home atmosphere and everyone who just needs to have some rest. When you book, you get: king size bed, sofa, desk, dining area, bathroom with toilet, fully equipped kitchen, kettle, coffee, tea, wardrobe with hangers, TV, wifi, balcony where you can smoke, etc. Тhe apartment is close to public transport, to a park, UNSS university, a lot of cafes and restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc. *No parking spot included in this listing. Guests can park around the building free of charge. There is a payed parking nearby.
