It was a beautiful hotel, gorgeous sauna and pool, and the staff were unbelievably kind. When we checked in, they noticed my birthday was upcoming and sent up a plate of little cakes and cookies and grapes. Can’t recommend it more!!

Very clean and tidy, high tech, smart hotel! No detail is spared, staff super welcoming and friendly. 2 steps from a great mall. It’s definitely my place next time I’m in Sofia.

Felt luxury room, i liked the design. All was comfortable. The shower was wide enough and made from high quality materials. Can't say how is the breakfast, haven't tried. Comfortable that parking inside the building and have elevator.

Hotel Dalis is a small place but in a very nice neighborhood. It served perfectly my needs during the short vacation trip. The stuff is very helpful and nice. We keep in mind this place in our future travels.

Very clean and comfortable. 100% to recommend. Close to the Culture Palace and 10 Min to Vitosha Boulevard. The staff (Sveti) was very friendly. Breakfast is good.

I’ve stayed in many hotels across Europe, and honestly, this is the best hotel I’ve experienced. It fully deserves five stars. Everything is excellent: the location is close to the city, parking is free, and the fitness facilities are outstanding—better than what you find in many other five-star hotels. The gym is large, well equipped, and complemented by excellent spa services.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was top-notch: the food, the drinks, and the cleanliness of the rooms were all of the highest standard. The entire experience was truly exceptional. I especially want to highlight the bar manager - Veselin, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations, always keeping everything at a very high level. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Very clean, quiet, comfortable to stay hotel with own parking. Close to the heart of the city , easy access to everything you need , big supermarket near by. Very friendly staff, very rich breakfast with good coffee and Bulgaria herb tee. Big thank you to housekeeping staff as well, keeping the place very clean.
