The size of the room, the location

We had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza Sofia. The rooms were very good, spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing few nights. The staff made the biggest impression on us. Warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything we asked, from restaurant tips to check-out arrangements. The location is excellent too, with easy access to the city and plenty nearby. The pool and spa were fantastic. We spent more time there than we planned to, and the Balinese massage was the highlight of the whole trip, deeply relaxing and beautifully done. Worth booking in advance if you’re staying.

The receptionist was a really open and welcoming person

The hotel placed in an amazing forest spot. Close to trail around Vitosha. Small and relaxed with all the comfort of an hotel.

Big room, Nice price. Easy check in. Nice to have undergrund parking.

It’s a good place for staying there, very friendly owners

Great hotel overlooking Sofia in an upmarket area. Very good restaurant with Bulgarian specialities. Friendly staff and easy parking outside. Fantastic view of the city.

Clean room, quiet place and amazing location.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, very good breakfast.

Staff was extremely helpful (I wanted to stay for a late check-out and they were very very friendly, didn't charge me extra), everybody was super nice!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great for us, outside the hustle and bustle and pollution of the city. Good food in the restaurant with a panoramic view of Sofia. Free parking. Comfortable and very large bed.

Cosy, clean and the staff is so polite and supportive! It was also very close to all my locations. Has also a very good connection to the metro. Kitchen and service in the restaurant on the roof top and the breakfast was very good!

Very welcoming staff, great stay!

Great value for money, super professional host.

Great hotel good parking space

The apartment was very good, very clean and comfy.

It is easy to find, because it is around 100 meters from a metro stop across a nice small park.

Facilities, location, service, breakfast

Quite a nice city hotel, easy to find and with a large parking. Room was fine for five of us, with all necessary amenities provided. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, so we cannot say anything more than that.
