Brand new apartment located in Sopocachi, close to Plaza España and the yellow cablecar station (400m). We have equipped our 60m2 two bedroom apartment with all the comfort you can wish for. Starting with the amazing view of the 'zona sur' and Illimani mountain, you can relax and chill in the living room, watch a movie or recharge your energy after having a busy day in the city. Help yourself with a nice cup of coffee or tea, prepare a warm meal or order something amazing to eat from any restaurant or fast food business nearby plaza España, thanks to our great location the possibilities are endless. We have hot water running from the tap in both the kitchen and the bathroom. For transportation, you will find a taxi stop a few meters away of the apartment complex and a large number of bus lines passing just a block away. The yellow cable car station (Teleferico) is 400 meters from the apartment, from there you can get to El Alto (ciudad Satélite) or the south district in a few minutes.
Hi, we are Wara&Robin we have a nice 2 bedroom apartment for rent in Sopocachi La Paz Bolivia, in a safe and modern neighborhood. We speak English, Spanish, Dutch and German. We spend our time between the Netherlands and Bolivia. Our mother (in law) will be hosting our guests when we are not in La Paz. Please be aware that for check in and check out communication is required, our local host/partner also lives in the apartment complex and works around the corner.
Located in Sopocachi, a safe and modern neighborhood with many embassies, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Close to Plaza España and the yellow cable car station (400 meters). Plaza Avaroa (800 meters) has really nice clubs to go for a night out too. The neighborhood is well connected with public transportation and there is a bus stop and taxi parking only 100 meters away from the apartment. Free parking in the street.
