Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, gym and spa facilities, Hotel Cortez has chic and spacious rooms in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Free WiFi access is available. Monseñor Rivero Boulevard is 100 metres away. A full buffet american breakfast with tropical fruits can be enjoyed daily at Cortez and there are 2 on-site restaurants. Room service is available. Rooms are equipped with individually-controlled air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs and minibars, a safety-deposit box and heating.The private bathrooms has a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer. There is a 24-hour front desk with trained personnel, which can offer tips for getting around the area. The main square of the city, 24 de Septiembre square is 10 blocks away. Viru Viru Airport is 13 km away and there is free private parking on site. Any reservation of 5 or more rooms is considered a group and has a different policy, which is non-refundable rates.

All guests, of all ages, must present a valid identification document upon check-in. This is mandatory, otherwise guests won't be allowed in the property.
Foreign guest must additionally present a passport, migration documents and visa.
Minors travelling without one or both of their parents must present a travel permit, provided by the legal entity (Defensoría de la Niñez, for Bolivians), and from the court or an authorised entity in case of foreigners.
Every Bolivian citizen must pay a national tax of 13%. People who present immigration entry are exempt.
