Accommodations offer: - Well-lit and ventilated living room, with comfortable sofa; - Living room with TV and digital antenna, in addition to 400 mega internet, for exclusive use; - Kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your own meals; - Comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests in the double room + 1 guest on a spare single mattress; - For your comfort, the room is air-conditioned with hot and cold functions; - There is a small balcony attached to the room, with a pleasant view of the neighborhood; - Service area with washing machine, as well as iron for ironing clothes; - A complete bathroom with hot shower and hairdryer; - We provide a parking space.
