O apartamento é bem decorado e limpo. Não possui lavadora e secadora, o sofá cama está com uma parte afundada, o que dificultou muito dormir. Apesar de lindo, o armário da cozinha está com vazamento no sifão, o que dá um cheiro mofo nos utensílios da cozinha. A funcionária responsável pela recepção estava me constrangendo a chegar antes das 19h, porque segundo ela, a mesma tinha um compromisso agendado para esse Horário, contudo, o check-in poderia ser feito até as 21h, no entanto, já tinha avisado que o meu horário de chegada estava previsto entre 18 e 19h, tendo em vista que estava em deslocamento de Santa Cruz do Sul para Canelas, além disso, estava chovendo muito. Diante dessa situação, me senti extremamente constrangida pela senhora. No entanto, o rapaz que substituiu a senhora que administra os imóveis, foi super atencioso e simpático.
