This charming house is the perfect refuge for those seeking tranquility, in addition to being located in a noble neighborhood, well wooded and 5 min drive from the center and 10 min from Gramado. It offers ample internal space, rustic decor, but the fireplace is the highlight of the living room that is integrated into the American style kitchen. The house also has a dining room with barbecue, comfortable rooms with soft beds that ensure good sleep and a pool table for game lovers.
