The property is very safe, right next to the Police Base. The condo is monitored by security cameras. The apartment is decorated with a Beach theme, so you can have an instant coastal living feel. We provide Satellite TV (over 300 channels), Wireless Internet, Full kitchen (complimentary salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, corn, rice...). We also provide 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella inside the nautical closet, feel free to use!
Welcome to our beach apartment! We hope you enjoy it and feel at home!
Itaguá is the coolest neighborhood in Ubatuba. By walking just 7 minutes you arrive at the street called Rua Guarani, where you can find the best restaurants, shops and bars in town! It's a great place to walk along the shore, to jogging, ride a bike (it's easy to rent), but it's not suitable for swimming. To swim, there more than 100 beaches. It's a really incredible city!
