The apartments are close to the main tourist attractions in the city such as Pelourinho (13 min walk), Osmar Carnival Circuit (5 min walk), Lacerda Elevator (10 min walk), Arena Fonte Nova Stadium (13 min walk), São Francisco Church (16 min walk), Mercado Modelo (20 min walk) and several bars and restaurants awarded by VEJA Magazine, such as La Napoletana (Pizzaria e Comida a Kilo) and Koisa Nossa (Bar) (3 min on foot).
