Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, totally renovated, the best localization ipanema (Posto 09), one block from the beach. Great shopping nearby. No pets allowed.
I dont live in Rio, so I will not be able to receive them personally, but my cousin Pedro will be happy to welcome you and serve you as you need.
That’s apartment with prime location next to bohemia part of Ipanema. Nearby have a “garota de ipanema pub”, a known restaurant/pub frequented by composers and authors of “the bossa nova ritm”. On the front street, in the Vieira Souto avenue, that’s station 09 from beach, trendy meeting point young people, famous people, among others. On the back street, nearby that’s a “Nossa Senhora da Paz Church”, catolic churck, and a Nossa Senhora da Paz Square, known place that’s have famous street fair, at where various Brazilian spices. Next to the square have a “Zazá Bistrô Tropical”, famous restaurant with a decorated plates, especial drinks, and another things. In the Nossa Senhora Square have a subway, with possibility of connection anywhere in the Rio. Five blocks the internal street have a Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, ideal for walks, distraction, sports, among others. The surrounding neighborhoods are Copacabana and Leblon. The apartment is found a historic bulding but internally modern. So that’s a especial place for vacations, holidays, weekends. All guests are always welcome.
