Charming and cozy house on a semi private beach, calm and surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, perfect for children! Our house has a stunning view of the sea and has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites with air conditioning, 600Mb internet, 4 parking spaces, boat dock, equipped kitchen and a deck overlooking the sea. Maid service and professional cook on request and paid separately. More important information below. The house gives access to two beaches. UPPER FLOOR - there are 3 suites joined by a large terrace with spectacular views: Suite 1 - queen bed, sofa, air conditioning, safe, crib, ceiling fan Suite 2 - a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan Suite 3 - double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan GROUND FLOOR: Suite 4 - two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Bedroom 5 - One single bed, fan. Living room and games Terrace Dining room Kitchen Service area beach chairs Cradle Baby carriage Gas showers. The voltage in the house is 110V. - The house does not have Wi-Fi, but the 3G and 4G signals usually pick up normally. - We provide pillows, bed linen and light blankets. Don't forget to bring your own towels. If necessary, take heavier blankets. *Important: - Visits are not allowed. - It will be necessary to send a photo of all guests' documents. - Our daily rate considers the variable costs (water, electricity, energy, laundry, etc.) of the property and is therefore proportional to the number of guests. If you want to include more guests after confirming the reservation (within the limit accommodated in the property), a fee may be charged for additional guests. - Parties, events and noise between 10pm and 9am are strictly prohibited and subject to a high fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation. Quiet and residential neighborhood, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, beautiful beaches, lush landscapes and sea views. The house gives access to two beaches: - The private mini beach is located in front of the house, just cross the dirt road and go down some stone steps. This journey takes about 3 minutes. This beach has a small strip of sand, it is not for spending the day, but for a contemplative moment. - Praia da Ribeira, larger, without kiosks and almost deserted, is about an 8-minute walk away. It has crystalline and calm waters, perfect for children, where with a little luck you can see dolphins and turtles. This beach also starts one of the most famous trails in Ubatuba, the Trilha das 7 Fontes, with about 4km of route and intermediate level.
