Nestled on the shores of Tar Bay on Great Exuma along a 5-mile, secluded beach is the newly renovated White Palm Villa. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread across 1800 sq/ft, and a large beach-front patio for taking in the sun and the sounds of the ocean, you are in a perfect island paradise. You can spend hours walking the beach without seeing a soul. Located only a 5 min drive from the airport and 15 minutes from George Town, everything you need for your Exuma stay is at your fingertips. s you enter the house you are greeted with the large living room/dining room and floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen is to your right as you walk in. The first bedroom is located on the front side of the property with the other two having ocean-facing views. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Off the sitting room onto the patio you can BBQ, lounge and enjoy the tranquility of the islands. There is parking for 4 cars in the recently landscaped lot.
Available when guests need me, but we have a property manager on-island for emergencies
We are off the Queen's Highway, the main road that runs through Great Exuma. The house is right on the beach and there is no noise from the traffic on the beach side. Renting a car is the best option
