Located on the main floor and basement of a 3 storey Old Victorian. Main Floor -Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bed with ensuite Private Deck -Bedroom 2 - Trundle Bed (Twin mattress with a second pull out mattress). *the room is tight when the trundle bed is opened, but suitable for kids and little ones* -Bathroom - 3 piece with Shower -Laundry Facilities (washer and dryer) -Living Room - Love Seat with chairs -Kitchen - Stove, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Keurig, Kettle, Rice Cooker, Toaster - We provide pots, pans, plates and cutlery. -Deck with BBQ Lower Level -Bedroom 3 - 1 King Bed **For those with toddlers we have a Baby Gate at the top of the steps leading downstairs** **Free Parking - Space for 2 cars**

Note: -We have a kitchen island with stools, but do not have a dining table - The second bedroom is tight when the trundle bed is opened, but great for kids and little ones. - This is an Old Victorian with original hardwood floors. Please expect some creaking.
