Welcome to the Avalon! Chatham, in style. Upscale and stylish 2 bedroom condo with tasteful decor, this is the home you’re looking for. A short walk to Cascades Casino, and under 5 minute car ride to essentials such as grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. This is your spot! Please note that the pictures at the end of the listing are of the common areas in the building that are available for guest use. If you use them, please make sure you clean up and leave the space as you found it. Thanks!

My favorite thing to do is travel, because there's always something interesting to learn and people to meet, that can help me improve my way of life.
