Enjoy a leisurely meal at one of the many Italian eateries or sip a cappuccino while people-watching on the patio.
⚠️⚠️⚠️This is a basement unit, if you are over 6'2, you might feel confined. ⚠️As we have people living upstairs, some light noise from people walking around should be expected. ⚠️Also, we are located close to the subway station. Although it is convenient, you can hear the occasional humming when the subway passes through.
