Hello, thank you for taking an interest in our place. We are just two Edmontonians who have to go work in another city, and need some help with our bills. We put our best in this place, we love our place, the best location you can find, in the center of center of downtown, ICE district, convenient for work, travel, shopping, entertainment, events, shows, you name it. We hope you will love our place and enjoy your stay in your home away from home!
Love to share my place with great people, if you enjoy it, that will make me happy. I am a show goer, events goer, I love the vibrant city life, and that's why I choose this place to be my home. I used to work in downtown, just 2 blocks away, and this makes my life much easier in the Winters. And in the Summer, I'd take a walk along the river valley 4 blocks away, enjoy the beautiful view and sunset over the bridges. Or have some cool bear in one of the bars around my place, or go for an event in Churchill Square after work. Grab something fresh from the Summer Market downstairs is one of my favorite thing during the Summer as well. And depends on the season you come, you will love all these things too. Oh, forgot to mention, the new Rogers Arena is just 2 blocks away, not too close to get the noise, but an easy 5 minutes walk. All good!
104 street is the place to live if you come to Edmonton. Jasper avenue is the main street. Our place is at Jasper and 104 street, can't get better than that. Everything downtown has to offer is within easy walking distance. Churchill square, Rogers Arena, City Center Mall, all the major banks, all kinds of restaurants and bars, beauty salons, pubs, cafes, the new Museum, theaters, buses to Whyte avenue, West Edmonton Mall, train to Southgate Mall and Airport. There are lots of events going on in the Summer almost just at your door steps which will keep you busy on top of your schedule.
