Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With its cozy charm and warm welcoming vibe,you will fall in love with it, inside and out. Includes all amenities and utilities: private bathrooms, huge kitchen, showers/tub,washer/dryer, BBQ, Kayaks and patio. Backyard leading directly to the beach,mountains and trails. Stunning view of the mountains and lake right outside your window. Huge backyard for games and fire pit. Quite neighborhood, gated community, family oriented. - Summer/Fall activities 1 mins away from home within community: Beach, Golf, hiking, kayaking, outdoor pool, tennis/basketball court, soccer field, fishing, all-terrain vehicles, nordic walking and a playground-park for kids. - Winter activities: Lots of snow mobile trails, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking, nordic walking, fire pit. Activities/events on the beach July/August on weekends (fireworks, light show, fire pit, DJ) PLEASE NOTE that there is an apartment in the basement that is currently occupied by people that take care of the property which have a completely separate/independent entrance and parking. There will be an extra charge applied for special events such as weddings, ceremonies, large parties.
My family and I have created so many beautiful memories at this location. We are pleased to be able to share a little piece of that with our guests. This private little place is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You are able to enjoy a view of the lake and the sunset, right outside your private door step. If you are the active type like myself or simply want to get away to relax and enjoy the natural surrounding, this place will certainly rejuvenate your soul. So much to do from swimming, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, tennis, golf, BBQ, or just simply just lounge on the beach or take a walk during the sunset.
