Escape to a quiet retreat on 10 acres of pine forest. Well-equipped kitchenette. Ascend the unique accordion-style ladder to the upper loft, with a king-size bed. Explore trails that wind through the pines, perfect for snowshoeing in the winter or leisurely walks in any season. Gather around the firepit and savor the warmth of a crackling fire. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, or a peaceful retreat, your perfect escape awaits in this charming, cozy cabin. -Upstairs loft with King-size mattress (Must climb ladder). -Pull-put sofa located on the ground level. -Kitchenette with mini-fridge, plates, bowls, cutlery, electric kettle, coffee machine, and hot plate -Bathroom with ONLY a toilet. NO SHOWER. NO HOT WATER. -Sheets, towels and toilet paper provided. -Solar-powered cabin. -Cabin is set-up with a water cistern. LIMITED WATER SUPPLY. -Propane heater. -Small Weber Barbeque and propane tank is provided. -Nice large firepit made with natural rocks. -Firewood is provided for the firepit. -Projector is available with Apple TV (Sign-in to your account to watch Netflix/Disney/Prime/Paramount, etc.) No subscription available. -High-speed internet. -This is a WALK-IN site. It is a 2 minute walk to the cabin from the parking area. -Snowshoes available for rent. Please inquire.
Situated just south of Owen Sound, the Township of Chatsworth is in the centre of scenic Grey County, just a short two-hour drive from the GTA and other major cities. Chatsworth boasts the beauty of many rivers and streams, rolling hills, forests, scenic falls, rocks, inland lakes and the Niagara Escarpment. Rural and rustic in nature, it is the home of some of the most photographic views. When visiting Chatsworth you will experience an atmosphere that is beautiful, quiet and peaceful.
