Indulge in this stunning 5-bedroom house with breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, ocean, and cityscape, nestled in Vancouver’s prestigious Point Grey neighbourhood. Watch sunset in the comfort of your bed, through expansive windows designed to optimize scenery and natural light. Soak in the vibrant cityscape on the spacious balcony. With its proximity to pristine beaches, lush parks, and trendy shops and restaurants, this house is a blend of upscale living and natural beauty. About the house: This house is artfully designed by my family, for my family. We put our heart and soul into every details of the house to ensure maximum comfort and view, and we hope you can have an amazing vacation here! In the main floor, we have a spacious living room and dinning area with large windows facing the mountains and ocean. You can see people sailing across the smooth water as you eat breakfast and watch sunset on the couch. Our flat-screen TV with Netflix offers lots of shows and movies, perfect for movie nights. We have a fully equipped open kitchen and a kitchenette, one bedroom with a double bed, and a washroom (bathroom downstairs). On the second floor, we have 4 bedrooms, two with their own bathroom and two with a shared bathroom. From the second floor, you can take the stairs to the large balcony, where you can soak up all the gorgeous view and enjoy good drinks and conversations at the table. Downstairs, in the semi-basement, we have an additional bathroom and a laundry room. Guests have access to the entire house, except a portion of the basement, which is for our personal use. It is separated from the rental area and has it's own entrance and exit.
This beautiful house is centrally located amidst natural beauty and the best attractions Vancouver offers. Bus stop is right across the street. Jericho beach and trendy shops, cafes, restaurants and grocery are all within walking distance (10-15min walk). Other top attractions are easily accessible as well: -5-10min from top beaches (Kitsilano beach, English Bay..) -5-10min to UBC golf course, Lush Rainforest Trail at Pacific Spirit Park, and UBC pool and gym -15-20min to Downtown, Stanley park, VanDusen garden -20min Vancouver International Airport
