Pigeon Lake waterfront direct water access cottage, with two kitten and two washrooms, cooking stove, fridges, free Wi-Fi. 5 min to Emily provincial Park. Enjoying BBQ, Fishing, Kayaking, Camp fire, see beautiful Sunrise. Come escape to this beautiful 6 bedroom 2 bathroom home and enjoy all the amenities it has to offer in just under 2 hours from Toronto. Comfortably Sleeps 12 guests, maximum 12 people. Free parking.The cottage located at Pigeon Lake, Lake is famous for fishing, boating, swimming, and winter sport activities. Nearby attractions include Emily Provincial park, historic towns of Bocanyoan and Lindsay. All these only one and half hour away from Toronto. This place is suitable for guests that want to have quiet relaxing time. two kayak is there on site and will be available for guests use after signing a liability waiver form. Bedding, towels and toiletries can be provided. Guests will have access to the entire main floor, ground floor, back deck and outdoor including the dock. Absolutely no trespassing to neighbors property. I will be providing blankets, pillows, toilet paper, pots, pans, dishes, dish soap, hand soap, 1 full regular size propane tank for the barbecue, plates, cutlery, and drip coffee machine with filter. Water is well water but I ask guests to bring in drinking water since the lake is nearby there’s a rare possibility of water contamination. plates, cutlery, and drip coffee machine with filter. Guests to bring in food, fitted sheets, top sheets, pillow cover, towels, and water safety gearing. Even though there are few adult and children’s life jackets in the property it’s the sole responsibility of the guests to use right fitting water safety gearing.
