So kick back, relax in this quiet, secure, elegant 1 bedroom condo located in the heart of downtown within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants, entertainment & nightlife incl Stampede grounds, Saddledome, BMO Centre & 17th Ave. My place is only 1.2 hours to Canmore; 1.5 hours to Banff, 1.2 hours to Nakiska & 1.6 hours to Sunshine (great skiing). Recently renovated, my place includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and with all the essentials for a good night’s rest including hotel quality linens, bedding, mattress & blackout curtains. There is also a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy workspace (incl. ethernet, monitor, keyboard & mouse - no printer). The Living Room includes 2 large comfy leather couches, a sofa-bed with double bed, a 58" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime and Roku included. As well there is an indoor (sunroom) & outdoor (balcony) patio space perfect for eating, relaxing or planning your itinerary. I provide free secure underground parking within the premises. There is also free parking in front of my building (within view of my rental) – free 2-hour on weekdays, unlimited free parking nights and weekends. My rental is also within walking distance of the C-Train, Public Transit and Lime Scooters. However, Calgary's core and all it has to provide is within walking distance. The entire condo is yours. Self Check-in (Smart-Lock). I'll buzz you into the building the first time. You'll take elevators to the second floor. Once in my rental, I provide you with a FOB for secure access to the building and underground heated parkade. I provide a deep-clean and disinfect my rental before and after each of my guest's stays. All I ask is that you be aware and respectful of my neighbors. I will also ensure your experience is quiet and restful 😊 It is ok to have visitors (up to the Max capacity of the Suite: 4 people). However, no overnight guests beyond the number listed in your booking please 😊. If while you're here, you decide to have additional firends over night (up to a max of 4 people) please let me know - I will not charge you extra. Check-In Time is 4pm, Check-Out Time is 11am. To ensure that I have enough time to do an excellent job cleaning and disinfecting the place for my guests, check-out is no later than 11:00 am - and Check-in is 4pm. The Beltline is one of the most vibrant and up and coming areas in the City of Calgary, with new businesses, entertainment (incl. Stampede Park), restaurants, spas, convention centers, retail stores and downtown Calgary within walking distance of my rental. I love this place because it’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood called Victoria Park (the Condominium is also quiet) with wonderful and respectful neighbors. My rental sits just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Calgary but close enough to enjoy its benefits. I have provided a pic demonstrating the location of my rental in the photos section.
