Bring your family, friends or colleagues to stay in our 3600 sq ft expansive and historic lodge property on 4 acres backing onto hundreds of km of trails, with private hot tub and sauna house, on site trout stocked pond perfect for fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and more! Don't forget your floaties for the pond and marshmallows for the fire! Only a 12 min drive to the Beach and Harbour on Georgian Bay! Only a 25 min drive to BLUE MOUNTAIN SKI RESORT!! The building was moved to this location in the 1920’s when the dining/kitchen/upstairs bedrooms were added. The lower den and studio and wrap-around granite porch were all completed in the 1970’s. The property was purchased in 1972 by Jack & Peggy Seed and was a primary vacation home for them and their children and grandchildren for many years. It has now been passed down to their grandchildren Martin & Nick who have chosen to share it with you. We hope that you can enjoy it as we have for so many years. YOU WILL LOVE: - The View!
