Property info

The Black Summit Holiday Apartments, located at Via Cons 2-4, 7031 Laax, consist of three modern chalet-style buildings completed in 2023. These buildings house five studios and six designer apartments. Larger units feature private saunas, and all residents have access to the in-house wellness/spa facility in House A. This facility includes an indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and a relaxing quiet zone. Situated in front of a pine forest, the property offers sunny balconies and expansive windows facing stunning mountain views to the south. The apartments are named SCANSENAS, PLAUN, NAGENS, FUORCLA, LA SIALA, and LAVADINAS. All units are accessible by stairs and elevators, with most being wheelchair-friendly. The spacious living areas feature high ceilings, pine wood, and an abundance of natural light, creating a Nordic-inspired minimalist atmosphere. Interior design by Milan-based company LAGO includes sustainable and contemporary elements, such as unique tables, lighting, and sofas. The five studios in House C cater to different guest sizes, all equipped with Smart TVs offering a variety of international channels, including Swiss channels and Netflix. Free WiFi is available in all apartments. The property is sustainably powered by geothermal electricity combined with solar energy, using approximately 20% extra from the grid during winter months. Behind the property is a small garden area with external mountain bike storage, complementing the bike and ski storage room in House A. The ski & snowboard storage room in House A also features ski boot warmers for 40 pairs. The ski lifts in Laax Murschetg are a ten-minute walk or a three-minute bus ride away from the bus stop Marcau, opposite the apartments. In summer, a mountain bike and hiking trail leads through the forest to the rear of the property, while in winter, guests may ski in with good snow conditions.
