Bel terrazzo ampio e con esposizione al sole quasi tutto il giorno, bagno non ampio ma con sufficiente spazio (non c'è il bidet, ma siamo in Svizzera...). La posizione è lontana dal lago, vicino alla ferrovia, ma non è un difetto, tutto è raggiungibile in pochi minuti; ottima invece la presenza di negozi (coop, migros, denner e qualche distributore di carburanti attrezzato).
