Company info

We are Katie and Edward of Silver Linings Property Group GmbH. Together we provide property management and rental services in Flims, Laax, Falera, Trin and Sagogn. We are also invested in developing a portfolio of properties which we renovate and restore. We live locally and love to ski, hike, cycle and play golf. For us Switzerland is the perfect place to live as we enjoy the outdoors and nature and all it has to offer. From skiing and snowboarding in the winter and rafting, hiking, biking and swimming in the summer. All of these things we can do right from our doorstep. We are happy to share with our guests our local knowledge of the area as well as give tips and recommendations about what to do, where to explore, which restaurants to try and more!

The master suite has a Fireplace and ensuite bathroom. The Guest Bedroom is a light playful space for Children with a Bathroom opposite with a rain shower.

Friendly and sunny, locals and young families. Trin is a welcoming place to visit. There is a small village shop. An excellent play area and grill spot 5 minutes walk away. Great hikes and walks from your doorstep including spectacular Alp Mora glacier pools
