Offering free access to its modern spa area and free underground parking, Chasa Ravaischa can be found in the center of Samnaun, a 5-minute walk from the Samnaun-Ravaisch Cable Car. All studios and apartments come with a big balcony, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. A sports shop also offering rental services is located on site and Chasa Ravaischa has its own ski instructor. The next restaurant is 328 feet away and the Ravaisch Bus Stop is right in front of the house During summer season all children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge. They only have to pay the city tax. In summer, the city tax includes free use of the funicular and all mountain elevators, public transports, admittance to the public Alpenquell Adventure Bath with extensive sauna facilities and parking in the Samnaun Valley.
