These thousands of years of history confer a unique character to this region, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Programme. By Rail: The funicular leaves Vevey and climbs up to Mont-Pèlerin. On the way, it runs through La Baume where you step out and walk 4 mins on the street to reach the entrance of the flat. The entrance is easily accessible. By Car: Please take the exits Chebrex ( arriving from Lausanne) or Vevey ( arriving from Bern or Montreux) and take the direction towards Chardonne. Once in Chardonne turn left to chemin de la Baume.
