Our apartment is a small but comfy one, with everything you might need during your visit to La Serena. There are two rooms, one with a king sized bed, another with a truckle bed, and a couch for a potential fifth person. It's ten minutes away from downtown at the beach driving, with good connections north and south. There are 2 supermarkets 500 meters away, with ATMs and pharmacies. Our bulding also has 8 outdoor grills, a gym, a swimming pool for all ages, a play yard, a parking lot (one space for us, and spaces for visits) and a room for special events. There are security guards 24/7, and we have internet service and cable tv. The bulding were recently built so everything is brand new, if you're looking to relax and have a nice time with your family, this is the perfect place to come.
We are a young couple of professionals, no children. I work in education and my partner works in business. We're very normal people looking for an extra income during the summer holidays.
The neighborhood is very peaceful, a residential area north of the city centre. It's very normal to see people jogging or walking their dogs. You can find everything you might need somewhat near, such as sushi, fast food, banks, pharmacies, etc.
