The Managers (owners) of the property supportive and helpful during entire stay. We walked to exhibition at World Trade Centre ("WTC") accessible through skywalk directly linked WTC halls. Only 5-8 minutes walk to WTC. Big Metro station is right infront of WTC Halls. We were pleasantly surprised how close distance the apartment is to WTC and the Metro station. Friendliness, helpfulness and apartment location really made our stay enjoyable. Both can speak English Language as well as Cantonese and Mandarin. The Apartment location is very good. Easily accessible walking to cafes nearby and about 15-20 minutes walk to Shopping mall using skywalks too. The apartment is located in a safe and clean neighbourhood to stay. A heartfelt thank you to both Managers for making this stay such a pleasant and good stay.

Thanks for choosing Royal Executive Apartment and welcome to the apartment. Our apartment have customized services for foreign guests, such as mutiple IM channels. Our apartment is very closest to Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an), i.e 5 mins walking distance. All of our rooms are with a balconies and most of rooms have a view of sea. There is a garden downstairs. There is a scenery along the river next to it. The surrounding environment is very beautiful. There is a traditional chinese tea table in the recepiton. If you are interested in chinese black or green tea, we could offer the tea & table to you to experience by yourself. We also glad to accompany you for tea tasting.
The landlord is a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable chinese, in other words, if you need any assitance on the transfer service, ticket purchasing and others during your stay, he will try his best to satisfy you.
Shajin Town, located 3.2 km away from the apartment, is a famous oyster town in Shenzhen. It offers oysters of different growth years, ranging from 1 year to 5 years. One of the best known dish is a serving of oysters with nine different flavors. Gankeng Ancient Town, located 50 km away from the apartment, originated in the Ming and Qing dynasties and was formed of the Fourth Hakka Migration. According to the "Xin'an County Annals", during the late Ming Dynasty, Xin'an County was divided into three townships, seven capitals, 57 maps, and 509 villages, with Gankeng belonging to 116 villages in seven capitals. More than 350 years ago, Xie Wenming and Zhuo Meifa, the ancestors of Gankeng Village and Hakka people from Meizhou, Guangdong, came to Gankeng. As a result, the scenery was pleasant, and they settled here and thrived. As a result, they left behind numerous residential buildings and ancient buildings, including numerous gun towers, watchtowers, arcades, and stilted towers.
