Welcome to SunnyAbode
1.This building is located in the prime area of Shanghai. After remodelling it has 3 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The whole house is provided with underfloor heating + air conditioning.
2. Facilities: gas cooker, microwave, pots and pans, plates, kettle, dryer, washing machine (please inform us when you move in if you need other facilities).
3. Bathroom: slippers, shampoo, shower gel. Hot water is available 24 hours a day.
4. Living room and dining room: the living room provides TV + sofa, lying down to watch a film really comfortable to enjoy! The dining room also offers a large dining table and is equipped with a small table. The dining room also provides a large dining table and equipped with chairs.
5. About cleaning: we will provide a check-out cleaning service, not daily cleaning. This includes all bed linen, pillows, towels and washcloths which will be changed after check-out. If you need to provide additional cleaning service, you can contact us and need to pay a certain additional fee.

1. Transportation: The centre of Shanghai is very convenient. Within the city, you can usually get there within 100Rmb by taxi. The metro is a 5-minute walk from your accommodation.
2. Business districts: Shanghai's famous business districts include Nanjing Road, Xujiahui, Xintiandi and People's Square. If you need help, you can ask our customer service for travelling advice.
3. Attractions: Shanghai is divided into Pudong and Puxi, you can enjoy the different styles of Shanghai in different places. If you like modern facilities and skyscrapers, we suggest you visit Lujiazui in Pudong, where there is the Oriental Pearl Tower and other high-rise buildings. You can also choose to visit the Bund in Puxi for a night view. Famous religious sites in Shanghai include the Jing'an Temple, Jade Buddha Temple and the City God Temple. If you want to experience the old Shanghai style, then Yuyuan Garden must not be missed.
4. Cuisine: Shanghai is a big city with a wide variety of cuisines. There are many different cuisines in China, such as Sichuan, Lu, Cantonese, Huaiyang and so on and so forth. Hotpot, BBQ, stir-fry, seafood, steak, sashimi are all things you can try.
